THE VERY BEST OF BRITISH
Filled with the ‘Best of British’ themed canapés and plenty of Champagne, this was an event enjoyed by all. Our in-house cocktail mixologist designed five bespoke mocktails using different berries, fruits and flowers found in English fields, which brought an element of the countryside to the city. Contemporary hard oak canapé platters were a perfect accompaniment to the refined interiors of the 9 Millbank show apartment.
Our team of chefs developed a selection of traditional British canapés for the launch of 9 Millbank. Our savoury favourites included English goats’ cheese & soft herb bon bons, served with pink peppercorn & beetroot dust and roasted asparagus crostini, served with truffle and parmesan cream.
