DIAMONDS ARE A GIRL’S BEST FRIEND
From the moment the guests stepped onto the red carpet they knew it was going to be an unforgettable party. Led by Head of Event Design, Nicholas Le Gal, The White Label worked meticulously to ensure that the marquee looked as spectacular on the inside as the glorious surroundings of the outside. A highlight of this evening was when the waiting staff broke out into song during the pudding service.
The guests enjoyed a divine selection of classic British canapés followed by a three-course dinner. The menu included a slow braised ham hock and parsley terrine to start, served with homemade piccalilli and melba toast. This was followed by a medium-rare roasted fillet of beef, with a soft herb & brioche crust, sticky red wine sauce, a pan-fried new potato & spring onion cake and heritage purple carrots. Following the main course, an assiette of chocolate delights brought the delightful meal to a close.
