Longines celebrate another historical milestone with their 2017 heritage launch. An evening entertained by sumptuous bespoke canapés and an array of creative cocktails. The White Label’s brief was to create a selection of opulent 1940’s themed canapé designs that took Longines’ guests back in time. Our creative team designed a selection of bespoke, one-off, clock face canapé platters which were truly spectacular and utterly original.
A few of our bespoke canapés included a smoked duck parcel with poached cherry, parsnip puree, star anise salt, along with a ‘spoon’ of white crab salad, pickled cucumber, chipotle tabasco aioli and a whipped blue cheese, ‘sherried’ fig, tortilla crisp bread.
