The White Label team were able to transform the space into something truly original. Bespoke handmade Caribbean bars were the central feature of the room, whilst food stations surrounded the bars filled with classic Caribbean dishes. Our custom-made bar signs were a talking point for guests throughout the evening.
Our team of chefs worked tirelessly to provide a wide variety of delectable Caribbean street food items, ensuring that everyone was content throughout the evening. An example of one of the street food options was our ‘Bun Island’, which included an island fried chicken sandwich with sweet pickled slaw, hot sauce and served in a soft yellow bun. We also offered a delicious Jamaican curried vegetable pattie in a coco bun topped with thousand island mayo.
