WHERE THE MAGIC HAPPENS…
It’s not all work, work, work here at The White Label or “TWL” as friends call us. We do try to find a moment or two to relax and reward our team for a year well done. This cosy afternoon was an opportunity for us to test out new menu ideas and sample supplier glassware and cutlery ranges prior to recommending them on client events.

TURKEY: ballotine of turkey, turkey crackling dust, cranberry & burnt orange dressing brussel sprout, green onion & parsnip slaw
PARTRIDGE: roast partridge ‘saltimbocca’, soft white truffle polenta, crisp sage leaves, braised game ‘boulettes’, wild mushrooms, pickled Rooseheart radish
SNOW BALL: Christmas pudding ice cream bombe, flamed Italian meringue, Advocaat & brandy shake, snow flakes
It was delicious!
