Our budding team of event planners had the pleasure of working with Graham and Rosie on their very special day in August 2019. The White Label provided a selection of bespoke canapés, along with a traditional three-course wedding breakfast and a beautiful cheese station to finish. Once the wedding breakfast ended, guests were invited down to the lower hall for dancing, cocktails and scrumptious midnight snacks.
The menu included home-smoked duck breast to start, served with celeriac & mustard remoulade and honey & orange dressing. This was followed by a pan-fried corn-fed chicken breast with fragrant herb & lemon risotto and roasted asparagus & pea salsa. Pudding featured a bittersweet chocolate crémeux, dulce de leche & sea salt caramel and delicious shortbread.
